All of the guides at Home Waters are gear junkies. We really love the way Simms and Sage have stood the test of time. We love to talk gear as well and every week we help people get set up with the right packages. We don't make a dime off this but if you have the right gear we know your trip with us will be better.
In Whitefish Montana we stick with Lake Stream Fly Shop, the guys are always friendly. If you are flying into Kalispell MT just tell them you are going to Fernie to fish with Jeff. They can send you with some cool flies to try out.
In Fernie we are generally found hanging out in the mornings bugging Gord at Kootenay Fly Shop. Gord's laid back attitude makes every visit interesting.
Both shops carry Sage and Simms as well as awesome fly selections. Be sure to support your local fly shops. We really do need these guys,
